MSHSAA PHYSICAL FORMS ARE GOOD FOR 2 YEARS IF DOCTOR APPROVED!
The Liberty North Athletic Department does not accept paper copies of physicals. Parents will now use PRIVIT to submit all physical information. All accounts must be updated with a current sports physical prior to the first day of practice.
